  • Telephone–based Surveying
    We can help you get in touch with your consumers. Our computer-aided dialing systems and sample source resources utilize today’s technology to maximize reaching home and cell-phone based consumers directly.
  • Online Surveying
    We’ve been designing and conducting web surveys from the beginning, and our utilization of internet tools, resources and social media make COS an incredible resource for online information gathering.
  • In-person (Intercept) Surveying
    We take the surveying in-person to the customer, on iPad and iPhone. Our professional staff interview face-to-face in practically any location, with results recorded, transmitted and available practically in real time.
