Transportation
Consumer Opinion Services is the easiest market research company in Portland to locate and is the closest one to the airport. We are located inside the Lloyd Center, located on NE Multnomah Street on the third level, in the executive wing where other professional businesses are situated.

Getting here from the airport is easy. We are 11 miles and 18 minutes from Portland International Airport. You can rent a car, take the MAX light rail system or hail a cab, but we highly recommend taking MAX light rail. The pickup area for the MAX, taxis, town cars, long-haul shuttles, hotel vans and parking lot shuttle buses is located in the center section of the airport terminal's lower roadway on the baggage claim and departure level. Airporter shuttles, off-airport rental car shuttles and reserved vehicles are found in the section of the lower roadway closest to the garage.

The Lloyd District, where our offices are located, is an extension of Downtown Portland’s “Fareless Square”. Enjoy Portland’s Tri-Met light rail system free of charge to and from Downtown – Take the MAX Red or Blue line, stops are conveniently located within close proximity of most of the hotels we recommend. Taking the MAX Light Rail from the airport to our offices or your hotel– www.tri-met.org – Trains run every 15 minutes most days. Ticket vending machines are located at the stop and cost $2.40. Exit the train at Lloyd Center/NE 11th Ave MAX station
Walk .2 miles NE to Lloyd Center.

From the Airport.

When you get here..
- Go straight through the intersection (stoplight) at 13th and Multnomah
- Enter Lloyd Center Parking Structure – Straight Ahead (1st Floor)
- Follow the parking structure to the 4th level; this will put you at the 3rd floor of the mall. You will know you are there when you cannot proceed up the structure any further.
- As you approach the top of the ramp, stay to your right and continue to drive around the structure until you are under the semi-covered parking area
- Park your vehicle (*IT’S FREE!*) and enter the doors at the east end of the building
- Walk forward until you have reached the far side of the promenade and go left
- Welcome to Consumer Opinion Services, Suite 2225!

If you are getting here before Lloyd Center opens for business at 10am (9am during the holiday season), all parking garage entrances are chained off in the early morning hours so it is necessary to enter at a specific location in order to park in the covered lots.

• Enter the premises from Multnomah Street, one block West of NE16th Avenue. There is a stop light there. It is located directly across the street from Lloyd Cinemas.
• There will be a security guard on your left as indicated on the map below. Tell the security guard that you are here for Consumer Opinion Services, Inc. and he will wave you past.
• Follow the road and take two lefts so that you are, in essence, making a U turn back to the parking garage entrance. Take a right in to the parking garage as indicated on the map below with a yellow arrow.



If you aren’t driving a rental car or taking the MAX, let your host know and when it’s time to leave our offices we will gladly call a cab to come and pick you up. You can relax and wait in the comfort of your conference suite lounge as the cab will come right to our back door. General wait time is 15-25 minutes.
