How it Works

 Consumer Opinion Services recruits people nationwide for research studies that are happening in their area. Clients hire us to find particular types of people to test different products and concepts, varying by what it is we’re researching.

We only do legitimate market research. WE NEVER sell anything, do marketing or push-polling, or release any of our test participant’s info to any party outside of the research we are conducting. People who are recruited to participate in our research studies are ALWAYS compensated for their time.

Because we do so many studies, for so many clients, we are always looking for test respondents. Each person must be profiled, then those who qualify for a specific test are contacted to participate. Only certain people will qualify for each study – so, it’s possible that while a person may not qualify for one study, they may possibly qualify for another.

Typically, this type of recruitment is done via telephone. Who wants to sit through phone screening for every project? So, we’ve made it simple!

Welcome to our online recruitment pre-qualification process! By having the option to fill out our surveys online, you are reducing the time you need to be on the phone with one of our representatives. Even more conveniently, you are able to fill out the survey at YOUR leisure!

Click on any of our pre-qualification surveys and answer all questions fully and truthfully; there is no right or wrong answer! You will be asked questions that will determine if you are qualified for that specific research project. You can take as many pre-qualification surveys as you like, but PLEASE ONLY TAKE EACH SURVEY ONCE. If you complete the same survey more than once, you may be eliminated from the possibility of future participation with Consumer Opinion Services, Inc.

After you have taken the survey, we will review your responses to determine if you qualify to participate. If you do qualify we will give you a phone call to verify your answers and invite you to participate. If you do not qualify or if the group gets filled, we will send you an e-mail informing you that we no longer need respondents for that particular study, but we will let you know if we are conducting additional studies.

After the completion of each prequalification survey, you will be given the opportunity to fill out our online database form. The information gathered on the form allows us to update our internal records so that we may contact you for future participation. If you have recently updated your database information with us and have no new information, it is not necessary for you to complete an additional form.

If you qualify and participate with us, we will pay you a cash honorarium for sharing your opinions and insights. It’s called Market Research and it’s a fun way to earn some extra cash while having a say in what products or services might be offered in the future.

This is a prequalification process; additional screening with a phone representative may be required to determine participation. At no time is participation promised or guaranteed following completion of pre-qualifying surveys. Potential participants will be chosen at random from qualified responses submitted, and contacted by a representative.
