Each of our rooms features:
- Modular tables which can be
positioned to accommodate any floor plan.
- Plush leather chair seating for
respondents and clients alike.
- Spacious client lounges with
leather furniture and art from local artists.
- Flush mounted large-screen plasma
televisions with a convenient connection near the moderator’s chair for
laptops or DVD / video equipment.
- A full range of audio / video
equipment on-site, including scan converters, additional video cameras,
DVD player/recorders, MP3 audio recording, (and much more) and all of
the cabling.
- Informational video displays in
each viewing room. These displays allow moderators to sit with their
clients and be notified on the screen as respondents check in, and to
receive information or messages.
- A fully stocked client fridge
featuring a wide range of juices, sodas, beers and bottled water.
- Full audio/video interconnectivity
between rooms for multi-room projects or large numbers of client
attendees. Watch and listen to what’s happening in any and all of the
rooms simultaneously.

your clients to take with them, outlining the best of Portland and where
